企业需求导向下真空技术人才培养路径探索与实践——以岭南师范学院《真空镀膜》课程为例
Exploration and Practice of Vacuum Technology Talent Cultivation Path under the Guidance of Enterprise Needs—Taking the Course Vacuum Coating of Lingnan Normal University as an Example

摘要: 在真空技术广泛赋能新能源、半导体、航空航天等关键科技领域,真空技术产业持续增长却面临专业人才紧缺的背景下,真空技术人才培养与企业需求的供需矛盾日益突出。本文以岭南师范学院真空技术专业《真空镀膜》课程教学为例,结合企业对技术人才“硬技能扎实、软技能突出、职业素养过硬”的核心诉求,分析当前真空技术人才培养中存在的“课程内容与产业脱节、实践教学环节薄弱、评价体系单一、校企协同不足”等关键问题,从课程重构、实践强化、评价革新、校企协同四个维度,采取“需求锚定–资源整合–场景模拟–长效联动”的培养路径优化策略,提升人才培养质量,缓解人才供需矛盾。实践表明,课程优化后毕业生到真空镀膜企业就业的意愿大大提升,毕业生到真空镀膜企业就业的比例提升21.4%,行业1年留存率提升30%。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of vacuum technology’s widespread application in semiconductors, new energy, and aerospace, etc. and the steady growth of the vacuum technology industry amid a severe shortage of professional talent, the disconnect between talent cultivation and the actual needs of enterprises has become increasingly prominent. Taking the teaching practice of the Vacuum Coating course (offered to applied physics majors at Lingnan Normal University) as a case study, this paper examines key issues in current talent development, including the misalignment between curriculum content and industry practices, insufficient practical training, an oversimplified evaluation system, and weak university-industry collaboration. Guided by enterprises’ core demands for technical talent, solid technical skills, strong soft skills, and excellent professional qualities, the paper proposes an optimized talent cultivation framework from four dimensions: curriculum redesign, practical training enhancement, evaluation innovation, and university-industry collaboration. This framework emphasizes demand alignment, resource integration, scenario simulation, and long-term engagement, significantly improving the alignment between talent development and industry needs. Practical outcomes indicate that after curriculum optimization, graduates’ willingness to work in vacuum coating enterprises has significantly increased. The employment rate of graduates in such enterprises has risen by 21.4%, and the one-year retention rate in the industry has increased by 30%.
