职业本科院校CTF竞赛培养模式的思考与实践
Reflections and Practices on the Cultivation Model of CTF Competitions in Vocational Undergraduate Colleges
摘要: 随着网络空间安全的重要性日益凸显,职业本科院校作为培养高素质技术技能人才的重要阵地,亟需探索适应新时代网络安全人才培养需求的实践教学模式。CTF (Capture The Flag)竞赛以其高度的实战性、综合性与对抗性,成为提升学生网络安全实践能力的有效途径。本文结合上海中侨职业技术大学信息工程学院的教学实践,初步构建了“课程教学改革–校内实训竞赛–校企合作实战”的CTF竞赛培养模式。通过笔者带队参加ISCC2025并荣获两项二等奖的实践案例,验证了该模式的有效性,以期为同类院校网络安全人才培养提供可借鉴的路径。
Abstract: With the increasing importance of cybersecurity, vocational undergraduate colleges, as key bases for training high-quality technical and skilled personnel, urgently need to explore practical teaching models that meet the demands of cybersecurity talent development in the new era. CTF (Capture The Flag) competitions, with their high level of practicality, comprehensiveness and confrontational nature, have become an effective way to enhance students’ cybersecurity practical skills. This paper, based on the teaching practice at the School of Information Engineering at Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University, preliminarily constructs a CTF competition training model of “curriculum teaching reform—on-campus practical competitions—school-enterprise collaborative practice”. The effectiveness of this model is verified through the practice case of the author leading a team to participate in ISCC2025 and winning two second prizes, with the aim of providing a reference path for the cultivation of cybersecurity talents in similar institutions.
