基于“一气周流”理论探讨茯苓导水汤治疗肝硬化腹水

Exploration on the Treatment of Liver Cirrhosis Ascites with Fuling Dao Shui Decoction Based on the Theory of “Circulation of One Qi”

摘要: 肝硬化腹水是一种临床常见的疾病，以“腹胀，身皆大，大与肤胀等也，色苍黄，腹筋起”为主要症状，其病机复杂，临床治疗难度大。黄元御“一气周流，土枢四象”的理论阐述了人体气机变化，通过“一气”来分析生理和病理的变化，为中医临床诊治提供了一种新的思路。茯苓导水汤是《医宗金鉴》里的一首方剂，可以用来治疗肝硬化腹水，通过“培土燥湿，行气利水”来恢复人体的“一气周流”，从而改善腹水。

Abstract: Ascites due to liver cirrhosis is a common clinical disease, characterized by “abdominal distension, general swelling, similar to edema, sallow complexion, and prominent abdominal veins”. Its pathogenesis is complex and its clinical treatment is challenging. Huang Yuanyu’s theory of “the circulation of one qi and the earth governing the four elements” explains the changes in the body’s qi movement. By analyzing physiological and pathological changes through “one qi”, it provides a new perspective for clinical diagnosis and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine. Fuling Dao Shui Decoction, a formula from “Medical Canon of the Golden Mirror”, can be used to treat ascites due to liver cirrhosis. It works by “strengthening the earth to dry dampness, regulating qi and promoting diuresis” to restore the “circulation of one qi” in the body, thereby improving ascites.
