摘要: 2013年《美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第5版》(DSM-5)将非自杀性自伤(NSSI)作为独立的临床障碍进行研究，并制定了相应的诊断标准。大量研究表明，青少年是NSSI行为的高发人群，尤其是在青春期早中期。青少年群体与NSSI行为之间复杂的关联已引起广泛关注，成为全球公共卫生的重要议题。本文系统梳理了青少年NSSI行为在流行病学、发病机制、理论模型、临床干预及预防等方面的研究进展，为控制和预防该行为提供科学依据与实践指导。
Abstract: In 2013, the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) recognized non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) as an independent clinical disorder and established corresponding diagnostic criteria. A substantial body of research has demonstrated that adolescents constitute a high-risk group for NSSI behavior, particularly during the early to middle stages of adolescence. The intricate relationship between this population and NSSI behavior has garnered significant attention and emerged as a critical issue in global public health. This article systematically reviews the advancements in research concerning the epidemiology, pathogenesis, theoretical models, clinical interventions, and prevention strategies related to NSSI behavior among adolescents. It aims to provide a scientific foundation and practical guidance for controlling and preventing such behaviors.
