基于大学生心理健康状况开展课程思政的思考
Thoughts on Curriculum Ideological and Political Education Based on the Mental Health Status of College Students
摘要: 由于面临学业内卷、就业压力、社交媒介依赖等,超过70%的大学生存在不同程度的心理健康困扰,其中最为常见的是焦虑,而学业压力是造成大学生焦虑的主要原因之一。作为专业课任课教师,在教学中通过课程思政化解学生因学业产生的焦虑,维护学生心理健康,是新时代学生心理健康工作和高等学校课程思政建设的共同目标。本文在深入分析大学生学业焦虑的成因和影响的基础上,提出在课程思政建设过程中适当关注和化解学生焦虑情绪的若干办法,以促进学生心理健康,实现立德树人目标。
Abstract: Due to the face of academic involution, employment pressure, social media ependence, etc., more than 70% of college students have different degrees of mental health problems, among which the most common is anxiety, and academic pressure is one of the main causes for college students to become anxious. As a professional course teacher, it is the common goal of students’ mental health work in the new era and the ideological and political construction of courses in colleges and universities to resolve students’ anxiety caused by their studies and maintain students’ mental health through ideological and political education in courses. Based on the in-depth analysis of the causes and effects of college students’ academic anxiety, this paper puts forward some methods to properly pay attention to and resolve students’ anxiety in the process of curriculum ideological and political construction, so as to promote students’ mental health and achieve the goal of moral education.
