摘要: 本研究以某高校大学生为研究对象,系统探讨了创造力、创意自我效能感、高校创新氛围三者之间的相互作用机制。研究结果得出,高校创新氛围对大学生创造力的发展具有显著的正向促进作用。高校创新氛围显著正向影响大学生创意自我效能感。创意自我效能感对大学生创造力具有显著的正向影响。创意自我效能作为核心中介变量,在高校创新氛围与大学生创造力之间发挥关键作用。为此,本研究提出应从高校应着力构建多层次、多维度支持的创新氛围环境,重点加强学生创意自我效能感的培养,实施差异化、精准化的支持策略,推动形成“环境–心理–行为”的良性循环,最终系统性地提升大学生人才的创新素养与能力。
Abstract: This study examines the interaction mechanisms among creativity, creative self-efficacy, and the university innovation climate, with a sample of undergraduate students from a specific university. The findings indicate that the university innovation climate significantly and positively promotes the development of students’ creativity. It also has a notable positive impact on students’ creative self-efficacy. In turn, creative self-efficacy exerts a significant positive influence on student creativity. As a core mediating variable, creative self-efficacy plays a key role in the relationship between the university innovation climate and student creativity. Based on these results, this study proposes that universities should strive to build a multi-level and multi-dimensionally supportive innovation climate, with emphasis on strengthening the cultivation of students’ creative self-efficacy and implementing differentiated and targeted support strategies. These efforts can help foster a virtuous cycle of “environment-psychology-behavior”, ultimately enhancing the innovative competence and capabilities of university students in a systematic manner.
