新农科背景下专业实践融入林学专硕培养策略探讨
Discussion on the Strategy of Integrating Professional Practice into the Cultivation of Forestry Master’s Degree Programs in the Context of New Agricultural Science
摘要: 本研究以新时代农科教育改革为背景,针对林学专业硕士教育中专业实践与思想政治教育融合的议题,构建了“三维五径”实践育人模式。通过深入剖析当前林学专业硕士教育在课程架构、实践教学环节,以及思想政治教育融合等方面的缺陷,并借鉴国内农林类高等教育机构的改革实践案例,提出了重构实践课程体系、创新“三师协同”指导模式、建设虚拟与现实相结合的实践教学基地、开发思想政治教育模块化项目、完善多元化评价机制等策略。旨在为培养具备专业技能与生态伦理意识的高素质林业应用型人才提供理论支撑与实践指南,以促进新农科背景下林业高等教育的创新与进步。
Abstract: This study is conducted within the context of ongoing reforms in agricultural science education in the new era, with a particular emphasis on integrating professional practice with ideological and political education in forestry master’s programs. It introduces a “three-dimensional and five-path” practical education model. By conducting an in-depth analysis of current deficiencies in forestry master’s education—particularly in curriculum design, practical teaching components, and the integration of ideological and political education—and by drawing insights from reform practices at domestic agricultural and forestry higher education institutions, this study proposes a series of strategic measures. These include reconstructing the practical course system, innovating the “three-teacher collaboration” mentoring framework, establishing integrated virtual-real practical teaching bases, developing modular ideological and political education initiatives, and refining the diversified evaluation mechanism. The objective of this study is to provide both theoretical support and practical guidance for cultivating high-quality, application-oriented forestry professionals who possess not only strong technical competencies but also a heightened awareness of ecological ethics, thereby contributing to the advancement of forestry higher education within the broader framework of new agricultural science.
