乳腺浸润性小叶癌肠道转移一例

A Case of Invasive Lobular Carcinoma with Intestinal Metastasis

摘要: 乳腺癌已经成为一种非常普遍的恶性肿瘤，逐渐威胁女性健康乃至生命安全，其易发生肺、肝、脑、骨等远处器官的转移，相比之下，胃肠道(Gastrointestinal Tract, GIT)转移的较少见。在缺少临床经验以及病理特征下，很容易被误诊为原发性癌，而错过最佳的诊治方案。如何精准地区分两者的区别，尽可能早地发现乳腺癌，对于挽救乳腺癌患者生命，提高患者的生活质量极为重要。本研究围绕着1例乳腺癌恶性转移到肠道的患者来展开研究，在国内外研究成果基础上探究该病例的临床表现特征，为今后提高癌症诊治提供宝贵的参考意见。

Abstract: Breast cancer has become a highly prevalent malignant tumor, gradually emerging as a threat to women’s health and even life safety. It is prone to metastasize to distant organs such as the lungs, liver, brain, and bones. In contrast, gastrointestinal tract (GIT) metastasis is relatively rare. Due to the lack of clinical experience and clear pathological characteristics, it is easily misdiagnosed as primary cancer, leading to the loss of the optimal diagnosis and treatment window. How to accurately distinguish between breast cancer with gastrointestinal metastasis and primary gastrointestinal cancer, and detect breast cancer as early as possible, is of great significance for saving the lives of breast cancer patients and improving their quality of life. This study focuses on one patient with malignant breast cancer metastasis to the intestine. Based on domestic and international research findings, it explores the clinical manifestations and characteristics of this case, aiming to provide valuable reference for improving cancer diagnosis and treatment in the future.
