议题式教学在高中思政课公共参与素养培育中的运用研究
Research on the Application of Issue-Based Teaching in the Cultivation of Public Participation Literacy in High School Ideological and Political Courses
摘要: 作为落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,高中思想政治课要求围绕学生学科核心素养的培育展开教学。议题式教学是落实思想政治学科核心素养的关键载体,对培育学生公共参与素养具有积极作用。本文结合教学实际,从教师、学生与学校三个层面系统探讨运用议题式教学培育高中生公共参与素养的路径,旨在构建课内外联动、教学评一致的议题式教学体系,从而培养学生的公共参与素养。
Abstract: As a key course for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent, high school ideological and political courses require teaching to be centered around the cultivation of students’ core subject literacy. Issue-based teaching is a crucial carrier for realizing the core literacy of ideological and political subjects and plays a positive role in cultivating students’ public participation literacy. This article, based on teaching practice, systematically explores the paths to cultivating high school students’ public participation literacy through issue-based teaching from the perspectives of teachers, students, and schools. The aim is to construct an issue-based teaching system that integrates in-class and out-of-class activities and aligns teaching, learning, and assessment, thereby fostering students’ public participation literacy.
