摘要: 基础化学是医学教育的基础课程，属于临床医学学员的必修课程，对临床医学学员的全面培养起着基础性的作用。该课程为后续医学课程如生物化学、生理学、药理学、卫生学的学习提供重要的知识基础。同时，基础化学对于打牢学员的医学基础、提高学习临床医学的知识和技能也具有基础性作用。本文论述了作者在长期基础化学教学中的一些尝试和感悟，对提高该课程的教学质量和效果具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract: Basic chemistry is a fundamental course in medical education, which is a compulsory course for clinical medical students and plays a fundamental role in the comprehensive cultivation of clinical medical students. This course provides an important knowledge foundation for subsequent medical courses such as biochemistry, physiology, pharmacology, and hygiene. At the same time, basic chemistry plays a fundamental role in strengthening students’ medical foundation and improving their knowledge and skills in clinical medicine. This article discusses the author’s attempts and insights in long-term basic chemistry teaching, which have important guiding significance for improving the teaching quality and effectiveness of this course.
