马克思主义视域下的“数字劳动”概念探析

An Analysis of the Concept of “Digital Labor” from the Perspective of Marxism

摘要: 随着数字化时代的不断发展，衍生出一种新的劳动形式——数字劳动，正在深刻影响和改变着我们的生活和生产方式。数字劳动的出现不仅扩展了劳动的内涵，也影响了传统的生产关系和价值分配方式，更是带来了新的机遇和挑战。本文通过简要地对经典马克思主义的劳动概念进行分析并将其映射至数字劳动之中，分析探讨并概括出数字劳动的概念，并结合马克思主义政治经济学的相关理论，对数字劳动的表现进行梳理分析并进行阐述。另外，本文针对当前社会所面对的数字劳动所带来的新挑战进行了深入分析，给出了相应的对策建议。总之，数字劳动是数字经济时代的重要特征，在马克思主义的立场之上深入分析数字劳动、数字资本及其劳资关系的实质和新现象，对于揭示数字资本主义的本质具有重要意义。

Abstract: With the continuous development of the digital age, a new form of labor, digital labor, has emerged, profoundly influencing and transforming our ways of life and production. The advent of digital labor not only expands the connotation of labor but also affects traditional production relations and value distribution methods, bringing new opportunities and challenges. This paper briefly analyzes the classic Marxist concept of labor and maps it onto digital labor, exploring and summarizing the concept of digital labor. It also combs through and analyzes the manifestations of digital labor in light of relevant theories of Marxist political economy and elaborates on them. Additionally, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the new challenges brought about by digital labor in the current society and offers corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. In conclusion, digital labor is a significant feature of the digital economy era. In-depth analysis of the essence and new phenomena of digital labor, digital capital, and their labor-capital relations from the Marxist perspective is of great significance for revealing the nature of digital capitalism.
