From the Perspective of Capital Accumulation: The Predicament and Breakthrough of Women’s Labor in the Digital Age

摘要: 资本积累通过对资本的控制，实现对劳动力的强大支配，致使女性劳动成为剩余价值创造的源泉。这使本就处于父权制社会压迫下的女性劳动境遇更加窘迫。本文从资本积累的发展历程角度对女性劳动角色变化进行历史分析，以此来确证数字资本积累下女性劳动境遇的历史必然性。同时，通过对数字资本积累下女性劳动境遇现状分析，探索数字时代女性劳动现实解放路径。

Abstract: Through control over capital, capital accumulation exerts strong dominance over labor power, rendering women’s labor a source of surplus value creation. This exacerbates the predicament of women’s labor, which is already subjected to the oppression of a patriarchal society. From the perspective of the developmental course of capital accumulation, this paper conducts a historical analysis of the changes in the role of women’s labor, aiming to confirm the historical inevitability of the predicament of women’s labor under digital capital accumulation. Meanwhile, by analyzing the current situation of women’s labor under digital capital accumulation, it explores the practical paths for the emancipation of women’s labor in the digital age.
