“AI Lover”: The Constructive Logic and Ethical Dilemmas of a New Type of Human-Machine Intimacy

摘要: 本研究从伦理学视角出发，探究了“AI恋人”现代社会面临亲密关系的重构、亲密关系的“完美主义”伦理期待以及技术遂被赋予“伦理救赎”的功能是其产生的原因，同时梳理了“AI恋人”的演进历程，即从机器人伴侣，到智能聊天机器人，再到恋爱养成游戏的发展过程，并从技术、情感与资本逻辑出发剖析人机虚拟亲密关系生成：技术上，情感计算技术支撑互动却存伦理隐忧；情感上，“AI恋人”借“脆弱镜像”实现情绪补偿与虚拟共情；资本上，其本质是资本主导的情感商品，构建消费闭环。同时指出其面临主体自主性被侵蚀、社会关系数字化异化、人类理性道德缺位三重伦理困境，为审视与规范人机情感交互提供参考。

Abstract: This study explores the reasons behind the emergence of “AI lovers” from an ethical perspective, focusing on the reconfiguration of intimate relationships in modern society, the “perfectionist” ethical expectations of intimate relationships, and the function of technology being endowed with “ethical redemption”. It also traces the evolution of “AI lovers”, from robot companions to intelligent chatbots, and then to love-building games. Furthermore, it analyzes the generation of virtual intimate relationships between humans and machines from the perspectives of technology, emotion, and capital logic: technologically, affective computing technology supports interaction but carries ethical concerns; emotionally, “AI lovers” utilize “fragile mirrors” to achieve emotional compensation and virtual empathy; capitalistically, they are essentially emotionally commodities dominated by capital, constructing a consumption loop. At the same time, it points out that they face three ethical dilemmas: the erosion of subject autonomy, the digital alienation of social relationships, and the absence of human rational morality, providing a reference for examining and regulating human-machine emotional interaction.
