基于心流理论的青岛中山路光环境营造设计策略研究

摘要: 随着人们对生活质量和心理健康的关注不断增加,环境心理学领域日益受到重视。在这一背景下,心流理论作为一种重要的心理学理论,被广泛应用于解释人们在各种活动中的心理状态和体验。然而,目前关于心流理论的研究多集中于教育、工作和娱乐等领域,对于空间的光环境营造设计尚未深入探讨。因此,本文致力于探讨心流理论在光环境营造中的应用,通过实地考察、文献研究、问卷调查等方法,首先阐述心流理论与光环境设计的基本概念与关联,其次,分析光环境营造中心流体验的影响因子,以青岛中山路的光环境营造为例,探讨光环境设计中的条件构成要素,最后结合相关要素进行设计转换,并提出有效的设计策略。本文研究不仅可以为相关光环境营造设计提供理论支持,而且对于提升空间的光环境设计质量和人们的心理健康具有重要影响。
Abstract: With the increasing attention to the quality of life and mental health, the field of environmental psychology has been paid more and more attention. In this context, flow theory, as an important psychological theory, has been widely used to explain people’s mental states and experiences in various activities. However, the current research on flow theory mainly focuses on the fields of education, work and entertainment, and the light environment design of space has not been deeply discussed. Therefore, this paper is devoted to exploring the application of flow theory in light environment construction. Through field investigation, literature research, questionnaire survey and other methods, this paper firstly expounds the basic concepts and correlations between flow theory and light environment design. Secondly, it analyzes the influencing factors of flow experience in light environment construction. Finally, combined with the relevant factors, the design transformation is carried out, and the effective design strategy is proposed. This study can not only provide theoretical support for relevant light environment design, but also have an important impact on improving the quality of space light environment design and people’s mental health.
