电商发展缓解农村家庭金融脆弱性的实现路径研究

Research on the Implementation Pathways for E-Commerce Development to Alleviate the Financial Vulnerability of Rural Households

摘要: 防范化解微观金融风险是巩固脱贫攻坚成果、全面推进乡村振兴的重要保障。本文旨在为电商发展缓解农村家庭金融脆弱性方面构建实现路径，研究指出，电商发展主要通过增收机制、优化金融资产配置机制和风险分担机制缓解农村家庭金融脆弱性，但在此缓解过程中也面临人力资本制约、基础设施制约和金融服务制约的多重困境，对此本文提出如下实现路径：提升内生发展动力、激发市场主体活力、强化基础支撑与政策指导。本文研究结果旨在为有效防范化解农村微观金融风险，推动乡村振兴战略提供理论参考与政策启示。

Abstract: Preventing and resolving micro-level financial risks serves as a crucial safeguard for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and comprehensively advancing rural revitalization. This paper aims to construct implementation pathways for e-commerce development to alleviate the financial vulnerability of rural households. The research indicates that e-commerce development mainly mitigates the financial vulnerability of rural households through income-increasing mechanisms, optimization of financial asset allocation mechanisms, and risk-sharing mechanisms. However, during this mitigation process, it also encounters multiple constraints, including those related to human capital, infrastructure, and financial services. In response, this paper proposes the following implementation pathways: enhancing endogenous development momentum, stimulating the vitality of market entities, and strengthening foundational support and policy guidance. The research findings of this paper are intended to provide theoretical references and policy insights for effectively preventing and resolving micro-level financial risks in rural areas and promoting the rural revitalization strategy.
