数字媒介环境下企业服务营销创新策略研究
Research on Innovative Strategies of Enterprise Service Marketing in the Digital Media Environment
摘要: 数字技术的革命性发展正在重构商业服务生态。本文系统分析数字媒介环境对企业服务营销的战略重塑,指出当前服务营销呈现渠道多元化、内容场景化、成本集约化特征,但企业面临三大核心挑战:数字营销平台的功能割裂与数据孤岛、复合型人才的系统性短缺以及品牌声誉的极端脆弱性。研究揭示了服务价值链的根基在于员工满意度与客户忠诚度的正向循环机制。针对性地,本文提出构建一体化数字营销平台、实施数字化人才梯队建设、建立全链路舆情风控体系三大创新策略。企业应将数字媒介视为战略转型基础设施,通过技术、人才与风控的深度融合,实现从交易导向到关系导向的服务范式跃迁,赢得数字经济时代新优势。
Abstract: The revolutionary development of digital technology is reshaping the business service ecosystem. This article systematically analyzes the strategic reshaping of enterprise service marketing by the digital media environment, pointing out that the current service marketing presents the characteristics of diversified channels, scenario-based content, and cost intensification. However, enterprises are confronted with three core challenges: the functional fragmentation and data silos of digital marketing platforms, the systematic shortage of compound talents, and the extreme vulnerability of brand reputation. The research reveals that the foundation of the service value chain lies in the positive cycle mechanism between employee satisfaction and customer loyalty. Specifically, this paper proposes three innovative strategies: building an integrated digital marketing middle platform, implementing the construction of a digital talent echelon, and establishing a full-chain public opinion risk control system. Enterprises should view digital media as the infrastructure for strategic transformation. Through the deep integration of technology, talent and risk control, they can achieve a leap in the service paradigm from transaction-oriented to relationship-oriented, and gain new advantages in the digital economy era.
