摘要: 电子商务作为一种新兴的商业模式，已经在全球范围内迅速发展，并对社会和经济产生了深远影响。本文旨在探讨电子商务对环境的影响以及法律规制的必要性。通过分析电子商务在资源利用、能源消耗、物流管理等方面的特点，揭示其对环境产生的积极和消极影响。并结合相关法律法规和案例，探讨当前电子商务领域存在的法律漏洞和监管不足之处，指出加强法律规制的必要性。最后，提出应健全电子商务环境保护法律体系，加强监管力度，促进电子商务可持续发展，实现经济效益与环境保护的良性互动。本文旨在为电子商务环境保护提供理论依据，推动电子商务行业健康有序发展。

Abstract: As an emerging business model, e-commerce has developed rapidly worldwide and exerted profound impacts on society and the economy. This study aims to explore the environmental implications of e-commerce and the necessity of legal regulation. By analyzing characteristics of e-commerce in resource utilization, energy consumption, and logistics management, the research reveals both positive and negative environmental effects. Combining relevant laws, regulations, and case studies, it identifies legal loopholes and regulatory deficiencies in the e-commerce sector, emphasizing the urgency of strengthening legal frameworks. Finally, the paper proposes enhancing the e-commerce environmental protection legal system, intensifying regulatory oversight, and promoting sustainable development to achieve a virtuous cycle between economic benefits and ecological preservation. This study provides theoretical support for environmental stewardship in e-commerce and advocates for orderly industry growth.
