国内外教师情感劳动研究发展回顾与展望——基于CiteSpace的文献可视化分析
Review and Prospect of Research on Teachers’ Emotional Labor at Home and Abroad—A Literature Visualization Analysis Based on CiteSpace
摘要: 教师情感劳动在教师专业发展、身份认同构建以及教学效能提升等方面发挥着关键作用。借助CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件,本研究对中国知网(CNKI)与Web of Science (WOS)核心数据库中有关教师情感劳动的文献进行了系统可视化分析,绘制了包括年度发文趋势、国家/地区分布、核心作者群、研究机构合作网络、关键词共现与突现检测等知识图谱,并对中外该领域的研究热点、理论路径与方法取向进行了比较研究,进一步挖掘差异背后的因素。基于数据分析结果和文献阅读,本文总结出未来教师情感劳动研究的三大趋势:一是情绪智力培养与发展;二是个人取向到人际取向的转变;三是情感劳动研究的本土化。
Abstract: Teachers’ emotional labor plays a crucial role in their professional development, identity construction, and teaching effectiveness improvement. By using CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software, this study conducted a systematic and visual analysis of the literature on teachers’ emotional labor in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Web of Science (WOS) core databases. It drew knowledge maps including annual publication trends, country/region distribution, core author groups, research institution collaboration networks, keyword co-occurrence and burst detection. And it compared the research hotspots, theoretical paths, and methodological orientations in this field both domestically and internationally, further exploring the factors behind the differences. Based on results of data analysis and literature review, this paper summarizes three major trends in future research on teachers’ emotional labor: first, the cultivation and development of emotional intelligence; second, a shift from individual orientation to interpersonal orientation; and third, the localization of emotional labor research.
