新时代高等教育改革背景下应用型本科文科院校师生协同发展机制
Mechanism for Collaborative Development of Teachers and Students in Applied Undergraduate Liberal Arts Colleges under the Background of Higher Education Reform in the New Era
摘要: 新时代背景下,我国高等教育改革持续深化,应用型本科教育作为连接高等教育与经济社会发展的关键纽带,其人才培养模式与质量备受关注。文科院校作为培养人文社科人才的重要阵地,在应用型转型过程中面临着独特的挑战与机遇。师生协同发展作为提升人才培养质量、激发办学活力的重要途径,在应用型本科文科院校显得尤为重要。文章立足于新时代高等教育改革的时代背景,聚焦应用型本科文科院校,探讨了师生协同发展的内涵、价值与意义,剖析了当前该类院校在师生协同发展方面存在的困境与制约因素,并在此基础上,结合国内外先进经验,构建了包含“目标协同、教学协同、科研协同、实践协同、文化协同”五位一体的师生协同发展机制,提出了相应的实施策略,以期为应用型本科文科院校提升办学水平、实现内涵式发展提供理论参考与实践路径。
Abstract: In the context of the new era, China’s higher education reform continues to deepen, and applied undergraduate education, as a key link between higher education and economic and social development, has attracted much attention to its talent cultivation mode and quality. As an important battlefield for cultivating talents in humanities and social sciences, liberal arts colleges face unique challenges and opportunities in the process of applied transformation. The collaborative development of teachers and students, as an important way to improve the quality of talent cultivation and stimulate the vitality of education, is particularly important in applied undergraduate liberal arts colleges. This article is based on the background of higher education reform in the new era, focusing on applied undergraduate liberal arts colleges, exploring the connotation, value, and significance of teacher-student collaborative development, analyzing the current difficulties and constraints in teacher-student collaborative development in such colleges, and on this basis, combining advanced domestic and foreign experience, constructing a five in one teacher-student collaborative development mechanism including “goal collaboration, teaching collaboration, scientific research collaboration, practice collaboration, and cultural collaboration”, proposing corresponding implementation strategies, in order to provide theoretical reference and practical path for applied undergraduate liberal arts colleges to improve their educational level and achieve connotative development.
