医药化学课程中合作学习模式的应用与效果评估——以“金属药物配位化学”为例
Application and Effect Evaluation of Cooperative Learning Mode in Medicinal Chemistry Courses—Taking “Metal Drug Coordination Chemistry” as an Example
摘要: 文章聚焦医药化学课程中的“金属药物配位化学”模块,深入探讨合作学习模式的应用策略及效果。通过构建异质分组、任务驱动型合作学习框架,并结合金属药物配合物合成实验与前沿案例分析,发现合作学习显著提升了学生的知识掌握度、实验操作能力及团队协作意识。评估数据显示,实验组学生在药物配位结构解析、反应机理理解等核心指标上的得分较传统教学组提高23.6%,且在创新性实验设计中展现出更强的跨学科整合能力。研究证实,合作学习模式能有效破解医药化学课程中理论抽象性强、实验操作复杂等教学痛点,为培养复合型医药化学人才提供实践路径。
Abstract: This article focuses on the module of “Metal Drug Coordination Chemistry” in the medicinal chemistry course, and explores in depth the application strategies and effects of the cooperative learning mode. By constructing a heterogeneous grouping and task-driven collaborative learning framework, combined with metal drug complex synthesis experiments and cutting-edge case analysis, it was found that collaborative learning significantly improved students’ knowledge mastery, experimental operation ability, and teamwork awareness. Evaluation data show that the experimental group students scored 23.6% higher than the traditional teaching group in core indicators such as drug coordination structure analysis and reaction mechanism understanding, and demonstrated stronger interdisciplinary integration ability in innovative experimental design. Research has confirmed that the cooperative learning model can effectively overcome teaching pain points such as strong theoretical abstraction and complex experimental operations in medicinal chemistry courses, providing a practical path for cultivating compound medicinal chemistry talents.
