农村女大学生感知社会文化压力与社交外貌焦虑的关系

摘要: 目的：考察感知社会文化压力与农村女大学生社交外貌焦虑的关系以及完美主义和社交网站体像比较的链式中介作用。方法：采用社会文化压力对外貌的态度问卷、多维完美主义量表、社交网站体像比较量表、社交外貌焦虑量表对509名农村女大学生进行问卷调查，采用SPSS25.0软件进行录入以及描述性统计分析，采用Process4.0进行链式中介模型的搭建及效应分析。结果：(1) 感知社会文化压力能够预测社会外貌焦虑；(2) 完美主义在感知社会文化压力与社交外貌焦虑之间的中介效应显著；(3) 社交网站体像比较在感知社会文化压力与社交外貌焦虑之间的中介效应显著。结论：感知社会文化压力对外貌的态度可以直接影响农村女大学生外貌焦虑，还可以通过完美主义和社交网站的单独中介作用以及链式中介作用间接影响其外貌焦虑。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationship between social and cultural attitudes towards physical appearance and social appearance anxiety of rural female college students, and the mediating role of perfectionism and body image comparison on social networking sites. Methods: 509 rural female college students were investigated by SATAQ-3, FMPS, social network body image Comparison Scale and social appearance anxiety scale. SPSS25.0 software was used for input and descriptive statistical analysis, and Process4.0 was used for the construction of chain mediation model and effect analysis. Results: (1) Perception of socio-cultural stress can predict social appearance anxiety; (2) Perfectionism has a significant mediating effect between perceived sociocultural pressure and social appearance anxiety; (3) Body image comparison of social networking sites has a significant mediating effect between perceived socio-cultural stress and social appearance anxiety. Conclusion: Social and cultural attitudes towards physical appearance can directly affect the appearance anxiety of rural female college students, and can also indirectly affect the appearance anxiety of rural female college students through the independent mediating effect of perfectionism and social networking sites and the chain mediating effect.
