International Exploration of AI Empowerment in E-Commerce

摘要: 人工智能技术在电商领域的应用日益广泛,并成为推动行业转型与创新的重要动力。通过对亚马逊、阿里巴巴、京东等国内外典型电商平台应用实践的考察以及对相关文献的分析,研究发现了人工智能技术在提升运营效率、改善用户体验和优化供应链管理中的作用。然而,人工智能的广泛应用仍面临着消费者信任与接受度不足、数据安全与伦理关切突出以及技术成本与人才需求的制约。因此,研究提出了深化运营管理与个性化应用、强化数据安全与算法优化、开展素养教育并推进产学研合作的提升策略,以期通过可持续与负责任的应用模式推动行业高质量发展。
Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has been increasingly widely applied in the e-commerce sector and has become a crucial driving force for promoting industrial transformation and innovation. Through the examination of application practices on typical e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Alibaba, and JD.com, as well as the analysis of relevant literature, this study finds that AI technology plays a significant role in enhancing operational efficiency, improving user experience, and optimizing supply chain management. However, the widespread application of AI faces constraints, including insufficient consumer trust and acceptance, prominent data security and ethical concerns, as well as the challenges posed by high technological costs and talent demands. Therefore, this study proposes enhancement strategies: strengthening data security and algorithm optimization, deepening operational management and personalized applications, and conducting AI literacy education while promoting industry-university-research cooperation. These measures aim to drive the high-quality development of the e-commerce industry through sustainable and responsible AI application models.
