直播经济视域下城市空巢老年群体数字鸿沟的弥合路径及应对策略研究

Research on Bridging Pathways and Response Strategies for the Digital Divide among Urban Empty-Nesters in the Context of the Live Streaming Economy

摘要: 本研究聚焦直播经济背景下城市空巢老年群体的数字鸿沟问题，揭示数字鸿沟之中该群体在物理设备获取、数字技能缺失及社会心理排斥等层面的多重障碍。并指出发展性因素、情绪性因素与社会性因素共同构成了数字鸿沟的深层成因，导致城市空巢老年群体面临消费风险加剧与社会隔离等衍生问题。针对这一复杂症结，提出层级化治理方案：个体层面通过适老化培训与心理干预提升数字素养；社会层面建立“政府政策引导–社区服务支撑–家庭反哺协同”的多元支持网络；经济层面推动直播平台适老化改造与信任机制建设。创新性提出“技术适配 + 消费引导 + 产业融合”的三维融入策略，形成从需求识别到环境优化的闭环治理路径，为老龄社会的数字化转型研究提供了参考依据与行动方向。

Abstract: This study focuses on the issue of the digital divide among urban empty-nesters within the context of the live streaming economy. It reveals the multifaceted barriers this group faces across physical access to devices, digital skills deficits, and socio-psychological exclusion. It further identifies developmental, emotional, and social factors as the underlying causes of the digital divide, which consequently exacerbate consumption risks and social isolation for this demographic. Addressing this complex challenge, a tiered governance framework is proposed: At the individual level, enhancing digital literacy through elderly-adaptive training and psychological interventions; at the societal level, establishing a multi-stakeholder support network encompassing “government policy guidance-community service provision-family support synergy”; at the economic level, promoting platform elderly-adaptive modifications and trust mechanisms within the live-streaming sector. Innovatively, a three-dimensional integration strategy of “technological adaptation + consumption guidance + industrial convergence” is introduced. This approach ultimately forges a closed-loop governance pathway spanning from demand identification to environmental optimization, thereby contributing valuable references and actionable directives to the research on digital transformation within aging societies.
