学业预警视角下的高校教务管理模式创新研究

摘要: 随着我国高等教育规模的不断扩大,大学生学业风险管理日益成为高校人才培养体系的重要一环。现有学业预警制度往往与教务管理相割裂,导致干预效果不佳。本文从学业预警视角出发,探讨高校教务管理模式创新,提出从理念、机制、手段与服务四个方面予以改进。理念上应以学生学业帮扶为导向,机制上应建立跨部门的协同干预团队,手段上要依托大数据与信息化平台实现多维监测和闭环管理,服务上要构建全过程的学业发展支持体系。该创新模式能够提升学业风险识别与干预效能,推动教务管理科学化发展。
Abstract: With the continuous expansion of higher education in China, academic risk management for college students has become an increasingly important component of the talent cultivation system in universities. However, the existing academic early warning systems are often disconnected from academic affairs management, resulting in limited intervention effectiveness. From the perspective of academic early warning, this paper explores innovations in university academic affairs management models and proposes improvements in four dimensions: concepts, mechanisms, approaches, and services. Conceptually, the model should be oriented toward academic support for students; mechanistically, a cross-departmental collaborative intervention team should be established; in terms of approaches, big data and information platforms should be utilized to achieve multidimensional monitoring and closed-loop management; and in services, a comprehensive academic development support system should be constructed. This innovative model can enhance the effectiveness of academic risk identification and intervention, thereby promoting the scientific development of academic affairs management.
