学科导向、阶梯训练、生态支撑:融入知识产权教育的高校交通人才培养模式研究

摘要: 在“交通强国”与“创新驱动”双重战略牵引下,智能交通、车路协同、自动驾驶等前沿赛道专利布局竞速白热化,行业对“懂技术、通法规、熟运营”的复合型知识产权(IP)人才呈现爆发式需求,但高校交通专业IP教育存在“泛化脱节”与“实践薄弱”问题,导致人才供给与行业需求断层。本研究通过文献研究、案例分析,构建“学科导向、阶梯训练、生态支撑”的IP教育培养模式,以交通技术节点为锚点融合IP课程,按“认知启蒙–创造实训–运营实战”设计三阶能力路径,整合“政–校–企”资源形成生态协同,该模式为地方应用型高校提供可复制、可推广、可评估的IP教育范式,有效破解“技术创新与知识产权保护”协同难题,支撑交通强国高质量知识产权运营体系建设。
Abstract: Driven by the dual national strategies of “Building China into a Country with Strong Transportation Network” and “Innovation-Driven Development”, the race for patent layout in cutting-edge fields such as intelligent transportation, vehicle-infrastructure cooperation, and autonomous driving has intensified. The industry is experiencing explosive demand for interdisciplinary intellectual property (IP) talents proficient in technology, regulatory, and operation. However, IP education within university transportation programs suffers from issues of “generalized disconnection” from the discipline and “weak practical training”, leading to a significant gap between talent supply and industry demand. Through literature review and case analysis, this study constructs an IP talent cultivation model characterized by discipline orientation, progressive training, and ecological support. This model anchors IP curriculum integration at key transportation technology nodes, designs a three-stage competency development path (Cognitive Enlightenment - Creative Practice - Operational Application), and fosters synergistic collaboration by integrating resources from the Government-university-industry triad. It offers a replicable, promotable and assessable IP education paradigm for local application-oriented universities, effectively addressing the challenge of synergizing technological innovation and IP protection, and supports the high-quality development of IP operation systems essential for a strong transportation nation.
