上海市独居老年人心理关爱服务调查研究

Investigation and Research on Psychological Care Services for the Elderly Living Alone in Shanghai

摘要: 人口老龄化背景下关注独居老人的心理关爱服务情况具有重要意义。本研究通过对上海市514名独居老人进行问卷调查、对5名独居老人、1名社区工作者、2名志愿者进行访谈来了解有关独居老人心理关爱服务情况。结果发现，71.23%的独居老人接受过社区心理关爱服务，绝大多数独居老年人对心理关爱服务满意度高；48.83%的独居老人认为专业人员短缺，37.94%认为存在资金与资源的不足。基于研究结果，建议通过精准识别需求、构建社区支持网络、强化家庭赋能优化干预效能，以提升心理关爱服务精准度与满意度。

Abstract: It is of great significance to pay attention to the psychological care services of the elderly living alone in the background of population aging. This study learns about the psychological care services of the elderly living alone through a questionnaire survey of 514 elderly people living alone in Shanghai, interviewing 5 elderly people living alone, 1 community worker and 2 volunteers. The results found that 71.23% of the elderly living alone had received community psychological care services, and the vast majority of the elderly living alone were highly satisfied with psychological care services; 48.83% of the elderly living alone believed that there was a shortage of professionals, and 37.94% believed that there was a shortage of funds and resources. Based on the research results, it is recommended to optimize the effectiveness of intervention by accurately identifying needs, building community support networks, and strengthening family empowerment to improve the accuracy and satisfaction of psychological care services.
