数字经济背景下电商发展的机遇与挑战
The Opportunities and Challenges of E-Commerce Development under the Background of the Digital Economy
摘要: 在数字经济快速发展的背景下,数字化转型已成为推动产业升级和经济高质量发展的重要动力。电子商务作为数字经济的重要组成部分,正经历着由信息化向智能化、平台化、生态化的深度转型过程。本文旨在剖析数字化转型背景下电商发展的机遇、挑战及多主体应对路径。研究发现,数字化转型为电商带来市场拓展、商业模式创新、运营效率提升、用户体验优化及金融支付创新等机遇;同时面临技术成本高企、数字化人才短缺、数据安全与跨境合规风险、市场竞争加剧及可持续发展压力等挑战。对此,需要企业分阶段推进转型、强化数据治理与人才培育,平台上加强完善治理与生态开放,政府层面健全法规与政策扶持,加强监管协调,多方合力推动电商行业从规模扩张迈向高质量可持续发展。
Abstract: In the context of the rapid development of the digital economy, digital transformation has emerged as a significant impetus for driving industrial upgrading and high-quality economic development. E-commerce, as a vital part of the digital economy, is currently experiencing a profound transformation from informatization to a more intelligent, platform-based, and ecological model. This paper endeavors to dissect the opportunities, challenges, and multi-stakeholder response strategies for the development of e-commerce in the era of digital transformation. The study reveals that digital transformation presents numerous opportunities for e-commerce, including market expansion, business model innovation, enhanced operational efficiency, optimized user experience, and innovative financial payment methods. Simultaneously, e-commerce also confronts several challenges. These include high technological costs, a shortage of digital-skilled talents, risks associated with data security and cross-border compliance, intensified market competition, and the pressure of sustainable development. To address these issues, enterprises need to promote transformation in stages, strengthen data governance and talent cultivation. On the platform, governance should be improved and the ecosystem should be more open. At the government level, laws and regulations should be improved and policy support should be strengthened. Regulatory coordination should be enhanced. Through the joint efforts of all parties, the e-commerce industry should move from scale expansion to high-quality and sustainable development.
