农村地区家庭暴力受害者权益保障问题研究

Research on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Domestic Violence Victims in Rural Areas

摘要: 随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进，农村社会治理水平不断提升，但是家庭暴力仍然是侵害农村弱势群体权益的突出问题。受到“家丑不可外扬”等传统观念的束缚，家庭暴力事件常具有隐蔽性，再加上基层法律援助资源匮乏以及受害者维权意识淡薄，许多受害者往往陷入“不敢说、不能说、不会维权”的困境。深入研究农村地区家庭暴力受害者权益保障问题，为完善农村家暴防治体系、优化权益保障政策提供参考，对推进性别平等、促进农村社会和谐稳定与乡村振兴都具有重要现实意义。

Abstract: With the in-depth advancement of the rural revitalization strategy, the level of rural social governance has been continuously improved. However, domestic violence remains a prominent issue that infringes on the rights and interests of vulnerable groups in rural areas. Restricted by traditional concepts such as “family shame should not be made public”, domestic violence incidents are often concealed. Moreover, due to the shortage of legal aid resources at the grassroots level and the weak awareness of rights protection among victims, many victims often fall into a predicament where they “dare not speak out, cannot speak out, and do not know how to protect their rights”. In-depth research on the protection of the rights and interests of domestic violence victims in rural areas provides a reference for improving the rural domestic violence prevention and control system and optimizing policies for safeguarding rights and interests. It also holds significant practical significance for advancing gender equality, promoting social harmony and stability in rural areas, and advancing rural revitalization.
