烧伤与整形外科医学专业型硕士研究生带教:现状、困境与破局路径
Supervision of Master’s Students in Burn and Plastic Surgery: Current Status, Challenges and Pathways to Resolution
摘要: 本文聚焦烧伤与整形外科医学专业型硕士研究生带教工作,提出当前带教需求升级与体系滞后并存的困境,分析出教学模式与学科发展脱节、临床实践资源供需不平衡、教学方法与考核体系单一、师资与教学支撑不足四大核心问题。提出构建动态更新教学体系、创新实践教学模式、完善考核机制、强化师资建设等破局方法,以期为进一步提高烧伤整形外科临床教学工作质量提供依据。
Abstract: This study focuses on the clinical teaching of Master of Medicine students specialising in Burn and Plastic Surgery. It identifies the current predicament where evolving teaching demands coexist with an outdated system, analysing four core issues: teaching models out of step with disciplinary development; imbalance between clinical practice resources and demand; monotonous teaching methods and assessment systems; and insufficient faculty and teaching support. Proposed corrective measures include establishing a dynamically updated teaching system, innovating practical teaching models, refining assessment mechanisms, and strengthening faculty development alongside international exchanges. These initiatives aim to provide a foundation for further enhancing the quality of clinical teaching in burn surgery.
