基于脐针“水火既济”法治疗围绝经期失眠的探讨

摘要: 围绝经期失眠是临床上多发的慢性疾病，影响女性的生存生活质量。脐针疗法以脐易穴理论、脐中医基础理论、脐全息理论、脐时间理论为基础，在脐部下针，用以调节阴阳、祛除疾病。本文通过分析脐针理论及水火既济针法对于治疗围绝经期失眠的探讨，为围绝经期失眠的中医治疗提供新的思路与方法。
Abstract: Perimenopausal insomnia is a common chronic condition in clinical practice that significantly impacts women’s quality of life. Umbilical acupuncture therapy, grounded in the theories of the umbilical acupoint (Yi), traditional Chinese medicine principles, umbilical holographic theory, and umbilical time theory, involves needle insertion at the umbilicus to regulate yin and yang and eliminate disease. This paper explores the application of umbilical acupuncture theory and the Water and Fire in Harmony technique in treating perimenopausal insomnia, offering novel approaches and methodologies for its Traditional Chinese Medicine management.
