摘要: 本文系统探讨了数字人民币在B2B电子商务平台中的应用场景、技术优势、实践案例、面临挑战及未来发展建议。通过文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法，深入研究数字人民币如何优化B2B电商平台的支付流程、降低交易成本、提升融资效率并增强信用传递。研究发现，数字人民币凭借“支付即结算”和智能合约等技术特性，在跨境采购支付、供应链融资、平台服务费结算等场景中展现出显著优势，但仍面临法律地位不明确、监管套利风险、技术对接成本高等挑战。为此，本文提出了设立试点沙盒、加快标准对接、完善法律框架等政策建议，以期推动数字人民币在B2B电商领域的广泛应用，助力人民币国际化进程。

Abstract: This paper systematically examines the application scenarios, technological strengths, illustrative cases, current challenges and future policy recommendations regarding the central bank digital currency (e-CNY) in business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce platforms. By combining literature analysis with in-depth case studies, it investigates how the e-CNY can streamline B2B payment processes, cut transaction costs, improve financing efficiency and enhance credit transmission. The study finds that the e-CNY delivers notable advantages in cross-border procurement payments, supply-chain financing and platform-service-fee settlements. Nevertheless, its large-scale adoption is still hindered by ambiguous legal tender status abroad, regulatory arbitrage risks and high technology-integration costs. To address these issues, the paper proposes setting up regulatory sandboxes, accelerating standard alignment and improving the legal framework, aiming to foster wider use of the e-CNY in the B2B e-commerce sector and thereby contribute to the internationalisation of the CNY.
