Abstract: This paper first dissects the core technical architecture of multimodal large models and systematically elaborates their revolutionary applications in the field of e-commerce and the enormous business value brought by them. Furthermore, it delves into the severe challenges underlying these applications, including data privacy, algorithmic bias, and technological ethics, while offering philosophical reflections on these issues. Finally, it proposes systematic countermeasures from the dimensions of technical regulation, ethical frameworks, and legal policies, aiming to guide the technology toward benevolent development and foster a more responsible, equitable, and sustainable intelligent e-commerce ecosystem.
