医学院校微专业建设的实践路径

Practical Pathways for Micro-Major Development in Medical Universities

摘要: 在“健康中国”战略与“新医科”建设背景下，本文探索了医学院校微专业建设的理论框架与实践路径。通过对微专业概念内涵的梳理以及对多所医学院校微专业建设的调研，发现医学院校微专业建设呈现出人工智能与数字医学、精准医学与前沿诊疗、健康管理与康养服务、医学交叉融合、专业技能强化五大发展类型。当前建设中面临的主要挑战包括：微专业与主体专业边界协调、复合型师资队伍建设、教学实施与资源配置、制度建设与质量保障。本研究进而从系统规划与科学定位、课程体系优化与师资队伍建设、资源配置与平台建设、产教融合与质量保障等角度提出优化策略。本文为医学院校微专业的高质量发展提供路径参考，并服务于“健康中国”人才培养。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of China’s “Healthy China” strategy and the construction of “New Medical Sciences,” this paper explores the theoretical framework and practical pathways for micro-major development in medical universities. Through an examination of the conceptual connotations of micro-majors and investigations into micro-major construction at multiple medical institutions, the study reveals that micro-major development in medical universities manifests five major types: artificial intelligence and digital medicine, precision medicine and advanced therapeutics, health management and wellness services, medical interdisciplinary integration, and specialized skill enhancement. Current development faces primary challenges including: boundary coordination between micro-majors and primary disciplines, composite faculty development, teaching implementation and resource allocation, and institutional framework with quality assurance. The study subsequently proposes optimization strategies from the perspectives of systematic planning and scientific positioning, curriculum optimization and faculty development, resource allocation and platform construction, and industry-education integration with quality assurance. This paper provides pathway references for the high-quality development of micro-majors in medical universities and serves the talent cultivation for the “Healthy China” initiative.
