农商银行青年员工负面情绪的原因与对策研究——以Y农商银行为例
A Study on the Causes and Countermeasures of Negative Emotions among Young Employees of Rural Commercial Banks—A Case Study of Y Rural Commercial Bank
摘要: 随着社会压力和金融市场内外部竞争的加剧,越来越多的商业银行青年员工面临身体健康和心理问题等因素困扰,进而产生负面情绪。关注青年员工的负面情绪,引导和帮助他们进行有效的心理疏导,应对因青年员工负面情绪引发的敬业度风险,是摆在各大农商银行面前的一项重要课题。本文以Y农商银行为例,基于青年员工负面情绪产生的原因进行了剖析,提出对应的应对措施,多措并举缓解青年员工与企业间的矛盾,全面提升青年员工工作的积极性、能动性、创造性,推动农商银行健康、有序、可持续发展,从而充分发挥金融主力军的作用,为地方经济发展贡献力量。
Abstract: With increasing social pressure and competition within and outside the financial market, more and more young employees of commercial banks are facing physical and psychological problems, leading to negative emotions. Addressing the negative emotions of young employees, guiding and helping them with effective psychological counseling, and mitigating the risk to employee engagement caused by these negative emotions are important issues facing major rural commercial banks. This paper takes Y Rural Commercial Bank as an example, analyzes the causes of negative emotions among its young employees, proposes corresponding countermeasures, and proposes multiple measures to alleviate the conflict between young employees and the bank, comprehensively enhance the enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity of young employees, promote the healthy, orderly, and sustainable development of rural commercial banks, and thus fully leverage the role of the financial sector as a major force in contributing to local economic development.
