漫山花溪谷旅游目的地开发与营销策略研究
Research on Tourism Destination Development and Marketing Strategy of Manshan Huaxi Valley
摘要: 本文以河北漫山花溪谷为研究对象,以RMP分析模型为核心,以旅游地生命周期理论为依据,通过对资源普查、市场调研和北方山地地区资源型旅游地开发路径剖析,提出项目地通过“四季一季一产品设计 + 社区式参与式运营”均衡保护与效益,形成“康养花溪”品牌定位,为同一类型资源富集地区以“小开发、小体验”为开发模式提供借鉴。
Abstract: This paper takes the Man Shan Hua Xi Gu in Hebei Province as the research object, and takes the RMP analysis model as the core, based on the tourism destination life cycle theory. Through the research of resource census, market research and GIS analysis, the development path of resource-based tourism destinations in northern mountainous areas is studied. It is proposed that the project area should balance protection and benefits through the “one product design for each season + community-based participatory operation”, and form the brand positioning of “Health and Wellness Huaxi”, providing a reference for the same type of resource-rich areas to adopt the development model of “small-scale development and small-scale experience”.
