省属高校资源环境管理类专业本科科研型人才培养路径研究

Exploring the Developmental Trajectories for Cultivating Research-Capable Undergraduates in Resource and Environmental Management Disciplines at Provincial-Level Higher Education Institutions

摘要: 省属高校作为培养资源环境管理类专业本科科研人才的阵地，面临导向不明、基础薄弱、资源受限等挑战，但也契合了专业“区域性”特色。省属高校培养资源环境管理类专业本科科研人才具有立足区域议题、依托多元平台、依赖全过程指导的特殊性。在支撑平台上，政府实习平台、企业实务项目、高校科研组织的政产学协同扮演重要作用。在学生提升上，关注实地调研、案例分析、数据分析、理论建构的素质提升闭环，推动问题观察、感性认知、动手实操、问题验证的阶段跃迁。在科研模式上，围绕师生双重主体，引入OBE理念，推动以学生为中心的科研育人方式、以科研产出为导向的逆向过程、师生互馈的科研交互模式改进。

Abstract: Provincial universities, serving as key bases for cultivating undergraduate research talents in resource and environmental management programs, face challenges such as unclear orientation, weak foundations, and limited resources, yet align well with the discipline’s “regional” characteristics. The cultivation of such talents in provincial universities demonstrates distinctive features, including focusing on regional issues, leveraging diversified platforms, and relying on comprehensive guidance. In terms of support platforms, the government-university-industry collaboration encompassing government internship platforms, enterprise practical projects, and university research organizations plays a vital role. For student development, emphasis is placed on a competency enhancement cycle involving field research, case analysis, data analysis, and theoretical construction, facilitating progression through stages of problem observation, perceptual cognition, hands-on practice, and problem validation. Regarding research models, the approach centers on both faculty and students, incorporating the OBE concept to promote student-centered research education, output-oriented reverse processes, and interactive faculty-student feedback mechanisms for research improvement.
