基于“大气周流观”理论探讨针刺治疗重症监护病房获得性衰弱

摘要: “大气周流观”是指：大气根于肾中元气，以自然界清气和脾胃化生的水谷之气作为补充，在胸中生成，经上焦心气鼓动、肺气宣降布散至全身经络，周流全身脏腑经脉骨骼后又回到胸中的观点。重症监护病房获得性衰弱在中医属于“痿病”的范畴，病机为肺热叶焦，阳明虚弱，导致中焦化生不足，肺气宣降功能出现障碍，大气周流不畅，而大气可以推动津液濡养四肢经脉骨骼，故大气周流顺畅可能是治疗重症监护病房获得性衰弱的关键点，针刺治疗疾病的本质是调节气机，使气血重新温养肌肉，同时针刺对于重症监护病房获得性衰弱有明显疗效。故本文以此为切入点，探讨“大气周流观”理论在针刺治疗重症监护病房获得性衰弱中的重要作用。

The essence of acupuncture in treating diseases is to tiao qi, so that the qi and blood can re-warm the muscles, while acupuncture has obvious curative effects on intensive care unit acquired weakness. Therefore, this paper takes this as an entry point to discuss the important role of the theory of “Daqi circulation view” in the treatment of intensive care unit acquired weakness by acupuncture.
