数智化时代下人力资源管理专业人才培养的研究——基于成都信息工程大学在校生与毕业生的双视角

摘要: 数智化时代的兴起引起各行业的变化,必然也推动企业人力资源管理的战略转型,故这一变化对人力资源管理从业者的能力提出新要求。高校作为人力资源管理专业人才培养主战场,其模式契合度关乎大学生的生涯与企业战略的双向奔赴。基于此,本研究基于在校生与毕业生双角度,了解他们对课程设置、数字化能力培养、师资与教学资源等内容的看法与评价,并通过对比两类群体的差异,创新人力资源管理专业人才的培养,打通学校与职场的发展路径,使得毕业生提升就业竞争力与职业发展潜力。
Abstract: The digital intelligence era has sparked transformations across various industries, inevitably driving strategic shifts in corporate human resource management (HRM). Consequently, this evolution imposes new demands on the competencies required of HRM practitioners. As universities serve as primary battlegrounds for cultivating HRM professionals, their alignment with these emerging needs is crucial for achieving mutual benefits—supporting students’ career paths while meeting corporate strategic goals. Grounded in this premise, this study investigates perceptions and evaluations from both current undergraduate students and graduates regarding curriculum design, development of digital capabilities, faculty qualifications, and teaching resources. By comparing differences between these two groups, we aim to innovate talent cultivation models for HRM majors, connect between academia and the workplace, enhance graduates’ employment and career growth potential.
