食道超声引导下经皮肺动脉瓣狭窄球囊扩张术的治疗进展

摘要: 先天性心脏病(Congenital Heart Disease, CHD)是儿童先天性畸形中最常见的一种,之前需要开胸手术干预,随着医疗水平的提升,介入微创治疗逐渐成为CHD治疗的重要手段。经皮肺动脉瓣狭窄球囊扩张术目前已经成为治疗儿童肺动脉瓣狭窄的治疗方式之一。在食道超声(TEE)引导下,该术式不仅创伤小,并发症少,更能避免放射性损害,诸多研究表明其手术成功率高,并发症少,术后长期随访疗效稳定。本文系统综述了TEE引导下经皮肺动脉瓣球囊扩张术在治疗儿童肺动脉瓣狭窄中治疗进展。
Abstract: Congenital heart disease (CHD) is the most common form of congenital malformation in children. While open-heart surgery was previously required, advancements in medicine have established minimally invasive interventional therapy as a mainstay in the management of this condition. Percutaneous balloon pulmonary valvuloplasty (PBPV) has become an established and definitive treatment for pulmonary valve stenosis in children. Guided by transesophageal echocardiography, this procedure is not only minimally invasive but also obviates the need for radiation exposure. Furthermore, it is associated with a high technical success rate and a favorable safety profile, with stable long-term outcomes validated by follow-up studies. This article systematically examines the evolution of transesophageal echocardiography (TEE)-guided percutaneous balloon pulmonary valvuloplasty in managing pediatric pulmonary valve stenosis.
