西门子PLC在聚合物混配系统中的应用
Application of Siemens PLC in Polymer Mixing and Preparation System
摘要: 传统聚合物配液系统难以自动调节水量和电机转速,操作复杂,自动化程度低,不能满足海上平台聚合物驱油对混和配料系统的要求。针对以上问题,采用PLC对聚合物混配系统进行控制设计,硬件采用西门子PLC、压力传感器、液位传感器、电磁流量计、流量调节阀、变频电机及执行器,软件采用博途软件编写PLC控制程序,实现模拟量及数字量的输入输出处理,以及变频电机和流量调节阀以及执行器的PID自动调节;采用WinCC软件进行界面设计,实现对聚合物配液系统在线动态监测和控制。
Abstract: Traditional polymer preparation systems struggle to automatically regulate water volume and motor speed, involve complex operations, and exhibit a low degree of automation, failing to meet the requirements of polymer flooding mixing and preparation systems on offshore platforms. To address these issues, a PLC-based control design for the polymer mixing and preparation system is proposed. The hardware configuration includes Siemens PLC, pressure sensors, level sensors, electromagnetic flow meters, flow control valves, frequency conversion motors, and actuators. The software part utilizes TIA Portal to program PLC control programs, enabling the processing of analog and digital input/output signals, as well as PID automatic regulation of frequency conversion motors, flow control valves, and actuators. WinCC software is employed for interface design, facilitating online dynamic monitoring and control of the polymer preparation system.
