Discussion on Daily Maintenance Strategies for Dialysis Machines Based on Two Cases of Fresenius Dialysis Machine Faults

摘要: 目的：探讨血液透析设备安全高效运行的具体策略。方法：分析与处理费森尤斯透析机2个故障案例，包含电导度过高报警和电导度过低报警伴机内漏水、温度报警。结果：从2个故障案例的维修实践提出5项策略，及时有效处理血液透析设备的相关故障。结论：提升临床医学工程师的技术水平和责任心、完善维护保养策略、加强备件管理等措施的实施，减少了故障发生率，提升了血液透析机利用率，实现了经济效益和社会效益最大化。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the specific strategies for the safe and efficient operation of hemodialysis equipment. Methods: Two fault cases of Fresius hemodialysis machines, including high conductivity alarm and low conductivity alarm with machine leakage and temperature alarm, were analyzed and handled. Results: Based on the maintenance practice of the fault cases, five major strategies were proposed to deal with the related faults of hemodialysis equipment in a timely and effective manner. Conclusion: The implementation of measures such as the technical level and sense of responsibility of clinical medical engineers, perfecting maintenance strategies, and strengthening spare parts management has reduced the fault rate and improved the utilization rate of hemodysis machines, achieving the maximization of economic and social benefits.
