积极心理学视域下大中小学心理健康教育一体化建设的路径探究

Exploration of the Path for the Integrated Construction of Mental Health Education in Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Schools from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

摘要: 大中小学心理健康教育一体化建设是推进心理育人工作向深向实的关键，其强调纵横联合的一体化，既关注各学段间的衔接、递进和差异，也关注各参与主体的协同与联合。积极心理学视域下，大中小学心理健康教育一体化建设主要通过心理健康教育师资队伍一体化、心理健康教育课程一体化、心理健康教育宣传及活动开展一体化、心理健康档案一体化及家校社协同心理育人等途径推进。

Abstract: The integrated construction of mental health education in primary, secondary and tertiary schools is the key to promoting the in-depth and substantive development of mental health education. It emphasizes the integration of both vertical and horizontal aspects, paying attention not only to the connection, progression and differences among various educational stages, but also to the coordination and integration of all participating entities. From the perspective of positive psychology, the integrated construction of mental health education in primary, secondary and tertiary schools can mainly be promoted through the integration of mental health education teaching staff, the integration of mental health education courses, the integration of mental health education publicity and activity organization, the integration of mental health records, and the collaborative mental health education among families, schools and communities.
