数字化背景下混合式课程教学档案信息化管理路径初探

A Preliminary Exploration of the Informatization Management Path for the Teaching Archives of Blended Courses in the Digital Context

摘要: 国家对档案数字化、信息化管理的规划设计为教学档案信息化管理提供政策依据和基础条件支撑，教学档案实行信息化管理是顺应信息化时代发展的必然要求，混合式课程教学改革是高校教学改革的重要方向，信息化管理是混合式课程教学档案形成特点的必然选择。本文以南宁学院混合式课程“写作与沟通”教学档案管理为例，在学校现有管理系统平台的基础上，从教学档案信息化管理的优势和必要性、混合式课程教学档案的特点，混合式课程教学档案的管理现状及存在不足等方面分析研究，探索混合式课程教学档案信息化管理的路径和方法，为教学档案信息化管理实现路径的丰富提供参考。

Abstract: The national planning and design for archives digitization and informatization management provide a policy basis and basic condition to support the informatization management of teaching archives. Implementing informatization management for teaching archives is an inevitable requirement to adapt to the development of the information age. The reform of blended courses is an important direction of teaching reform in higher education institutions, and informatization management is an inevitable choice considering the formation characteristics of the teaching archives of blended courses. Taking the teaching archives management of the blended course “Writing and Communication” at Nanning University as an example, based on the existing management system platform of the university, this paper analyzes and studies from aspects such as the advantages and necessity of the informatization management of teaching archives, the characteristics of the teaching archives of blended courses, the current management situation and existing deficiencies of the teaching archives of blended courses, explores the paths and methods for the informatization management of the teaching archives of blended courses, and provides references for enriching the implementation paths of the informatization management of teaching archives.
