从割裂到贯通:MPA研究生案例教学模式的系统构建与实践路径
From Separation to Integration: System Construction and Practical Path of MPA Graduate Student Case Teaching Model
摘要: 随着我国公共管理实践的深刻变革和研究生教育内涵式发展的需求升级,MPA案例教学作为连接理论与实践的桥梁,其教学模式创新已成为提升培养质量的关键。文章针对当前MPA案例教学普遍存在的案例开发与教学实践脱节、案例大赛与课程教学分离等问题,提出构建“案例开发–案例教学–案例大赛”三位一体的贯通式案例教学模式。通过分析国家政策导向和学界研究现状,并结合国内MAP研究生培养的实践探索,系统阐述了该模式的构建逻辑、实施路径及保障机制,为MPA培养单位提供可借鉴的创新方案。
Abstract: With the profound changes in public management practice in China and the upgrading of the needs of the connotation-oriented development of graduate education, MPA case teaching, as a bridge connecting theory and practice, its teaching model innovation has become the key to improving the quality of training. This article proposes to build a three-in-one case teaching model of “case development-case teaching-case competition” in response to the prominent problems of case development and teaching practice, and curriculum teaching in current MPA case teaching. By analyzing the national policy orientation and the current research status of academic circles, and combining the practical experience of many universities, this article systematically elaborates on the construction logic, implementation path, and guarantee mechanism of this model, providing MPA training units with innovative solutions that can be learned from.
