数字资本逻辑与城乡融合：马克思主义政治经济学的理论研究

The Logic of Digital Capital and Urban-Rural Integration: A Theoretical Study from the Perspective of Marxist Political Economy

摘要: 本文以马克思主义政治经济学为理论框架，深入剖析数字资本逻辑对当代中国城乡融合的影响机理与理论内涵。数字经济改变生产力结构、重塑城乡关系与社会分工，形成平台资本主导的新型价值创造与分配机制。数字资本在推动城乡要素流动、提高资源配置效率的同时，也带来城乡差异加剧与新剥削关系等问题。本文从生产力与生产关系、剩余价值与阶级关系、社会形态与制度安排三个维度分析城乡融合过程，并提出公有化导向、公共数字基础设施建设、数字劳动权益保障等政策建议，为乡村振兴与共同富裕提供理论支撑。

Abstract: Drawing upon the theoretical framework of Marxist political economy, this paper offers a rigorous analysis of the mechanisms and theoretical implications through which the logic of digital capital shapes urban-rural integration in contemporary China. The digital economy reconfigures the structure of productive forces, redefines urban-rural relations and the social division of labour, and gives rise to a new regime of value creation and distribution dominated by platform capital. While digital capital accelerates the circulation of urban and rural factors of production and improves the efficiency of resource allocation, it simultaneously intensifies urban-rural disparities and generates novel forms of exploitation. Examining the integration process along three analytical axes—productive forces and relations of production, surplus value and class relations, and social formation and institutional arrangements—the paper proposes policy recommendations oriented toward socialisation, the development of publicly governed digital infrastructures, and the protection of digital labour rights, thereby providing a theoretical foundation for rural revitalisation and common prosperity.
