民办高校以校园文化活动为载体创新学生骨干培养机制的实践与探索
Practice and Exploration of Innovating the Training Mechanism for Student Cadres through Campus Cultural Activities in Private Universities
摘要: 本文旨在探讨民办高校如何系统性地利用校园文化活动作为实践平台,构建行之有效的学生骨干培养机制。文章在分析当前研究现状的基础上,提出了“价值引领–平台搭建–过程指导–成效评估”四位一体的研究思路,深入剖析了该课题在弥补民办高校育人短板、创新思政教育模式以及提升学生综合竞争力方面的研究价值。结合本校文艺晚会、主题文化活动、“1 + 8”学生导师制、寝室文化节等具体实践案例,详细阐述了其在培养学生骨干的领导力、组织协调能力、团队协作精神与奉献精神等方面取得的显著育人成效,以期为同类院校提供可借鉴的范式。
Abstract: This paper aims to explore how private universities can systematically utilize campus cultural activities as a practical platform to construct an effective student cadet training mechanism. Based on an analysis of the current research landscape, the study proposes a “value guidance-platform building-process guidance-outcome evaluation” four-in-one research framework. It delves into the research value of this approach in addressing the educational shortcomings of private universities, innovating ideological and political education models, and enhancing students’ comprehensive competitiveness. Drawing on specific practical cases from our institution—such as cultural galas, thematic cultural events, the “1 + 8” student mentorship program, and dormitory culture festivals—the paper elaborates on the significant outcomes achieved in cultivating student cadets’ leadership, organizational and coordination skills, team spirit, and sense of dedication. The findings are intended to provide a reference model for similar institutions.
