新就业形态下大学生主动学习与核心素养发展研究
Research on College Students’ Active Learning and Core Literacy Development under the New Employment Forms
摘要: 在新就业形态的背景下,主动学习可界定为以需求为导向、依托“网络 + 实践”多元融合路径,通过目标设定、自主选择与反思调整实现知识整合、能力转化与素养内化的持续过程,其理论基础涵盖社会建构主义学习理论、经验学习理论及自我决定理论等;核心素养则是面向灵活化、多样化与动态化的就业环境,以数字素养为基础、跨界整合能力为核心竞争力、职业韧性为可持续发展保障的综合能力与品格体系,吸收OECD核心素养框架、欧盟数字素养框架及国内相关研究成果;本文通过文献研究与逻辑分析,梳理主动学习与核心素养的理论模型,并结合新就业形态特征提出以上操作化定义,旨在揭示二者互动机制,为大学生适应并引领未来职业发展提供理论与实践参考。
Abstract: Under the context of new employment patterns, active learning can be defined as a demand-oriented continuous process. Supported by an integrated “digital + practice” pathway, it facilitates knowledge integration, competence transfer, and literacy internalization through goal-setting, self-directed choice, and reflective adjustment. Its theoretical basis encompasses social constructivist learning theory, experiential learning theory, and self-determination theory. Core competencies, meanwhile, constitute a comprehensive system of abilities and dispositions tailored to a flexible, diverse, and dynamic employment environment. Grounded in digital literacy, they prioritize cross-domain integration capacity as the core competitive advantage, with career resilience serving as the foundation for sustainable development. This draws on the OECD Key Competencies Framework, the European Digital Competence Framework, and relevant domestic research. Through literature review and logical analysis, this study synthesizes theoretical models of active learning and core competencies, proposing the aforementioned operational definitions in light of the characteristics of new employment patterns. The aim is to elucidate the interactive mechanisms between the two, thereby providing theoretical and practical insights to support college students in adapting to and leading future professional development.
