半月板损伤患者关节镜治疗效果的影响因素分析

Analysis of Factors Affecting the Outcomes of Arthroscopic Treatment for Meniscus Injuries

摘要: 目的：分析采用关节镜治疗半月板损伤时的疗效影响因素。方法：回顾2024年1月~2024年8月期间入院的60例半月板损伤患者，根据患者治疗的成功与否将患者分为两组，成功组(n = 30例)，患者的关节镜治疗成功；失败组(n = 30例)，患者的关节镜治疗失败。对患者的基线资料进行比较，归纳出可能影响治疗效果的因素后，对这些因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果：病程长、关节软骨损伤、盘状半月板、BMI水平高均可能影响半月板损伤患者关节镜治疗效果(P < 0.05)；盘状半月板、病程长、关节软骨损伤、BMI高均为半月板损伤患者关节镜治疗失败的危险因素(OR > 1, P < 0.05)。结论：半月板损伤患者关节镜治疗短期疗效的影响因素可能与盘状半月板、病程长、关节软骨损伤、BMI高相关。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze factors influencing the therapeutic efficacy of arthroscopic treatment for meniscal injuries. Method: A retrospective review was conducted of 60 patients with meniscus injuries admitted between January 2024 and August 2024. Patients were divided into two groups based on treatment success: the successful group (n = 30) where arthroscopic treatment was successful, and the unsuccessful group (n = 30) where arthroscopic treatment failed. After comparing baseline patient data and identifying factors that may influence treatment outcomes, these factors were subjected to logistic regression analysis. Results: Longer disease duration, articular cartilage damage, discoid meniscus, and higher BMI levels may all affect the efficacy of arthroscopic treatment in patients with meniscal injuries (P < 0.05). Discoid meniscus, prolonged disease duration, articular cartilage damage, and elevated BMI are all risk factors for arthroscopic treatment failure in patients with meniscal injuries (OR > 1, P < 0.05). Conclusion: Failure of arthroscopic treatment in patients with meniscal injuries may be associated with discoid meniscus, prolonged disease duration, articular cartilage damage, and high BMI.
