精神影像学在抑郁症及其针灸治疗的应用进展

摘要: 目的:回顾精神影像学在抑郁症发病机制的研究,以及针灸治疗抑郁症的精神影像学应用现状,为抑郁症神经生物学机制以及针灸治疗原理提供新的思路。方法:以“精神影像学”、“精神影像学AND抑郁症”、“精神影像学AND抑郁症AND针灸”、“Psychoradiology”、“Psychoradiology AND Depression”、“Psychoradiology AND Depression AND Acupuncture”为检索词在PubMedWeb of ScienceEmbaseEBSCOCNKIVIP和万方电子数据库检索2016年~2023年论述性和临床研究文章。结果:共纳入16项研究,显示精神影像学在脑结构、脑功能和脑代谢方面对抑郁症的发病机制、治疗等研究存在优势,且对针灸效应机制的解释有积极推动作用。结论:精神影像学概念目前国内提及较少。作为新兴学科,精神影像学研究多集中在抑郁症疾病的神经生物学机制探究,存在一些限制和挑战。采用精神影像学研究针灸治疗抑郁症的文献较少,精神影像学可能成为探索抑郁症针灸效应的脑影像潜力技术。
Abstract: Objective: To review and evaluate the existing evidence on Psychoradiology in the pathogenesis of depression and its acupuncture, so as to provide new ideas for the neurobiological mechanism of depression and the treatment principle of acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods: We searched seven online databases, including PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, EBSCO, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang electronic databases, to identify eligible studies of acupuncture for Depression published from 2016 to 2023 with the key words of “psychoimaging”, “psychoimaging and depression”, “psychoimaging and acupuncture and moxibustion”, “psychology and depression and acupuncture”, “psychology and depression and acupuncture”. Results: 16 studies were included, which showed that Psychoradiology had advantages in the study of pathogenesis and treatment of depression in terms of brain structure, brain function and brain metabolism, and had a positive role in promoting the explanation of the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion effect. Conclusion: The concept of Psychoradiology is currently rarely mentioned in China. As an emerging discipline, studies in Psychoradiology mainly focus on exploring the neurobiological mechanisms of depression and there are some limitations and challenges. There is less literature on depression with acupuncture and moxibustion using Psychoradiology. In fact, Psychoradiology may become a potential technology of brain imaging to explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on depression.
