新媒体视域下食品标准与法规课程的实践探索

Practical Exploration of the Food Standards and Regulations Course from the Perspective of New Media

摘要: 在新媒体时代，网络育人成为高校教育的重要方式。文章系统分析了新媒体融入食品标准与法规教学的现状问题、模式创新、效果评估和实施路径，并提出了“内容动态化、教学互动化、实践场景化、评价多元化”的教学模式创新框架。新媒体技术在教学过程中的合理应用能够有效提升食品标准与法规课程的教学效果，为高校食品专业教学改革提供了理论指导和实践参考。

Abstract: In the era of new media, online education has become an important way of higher education. This study systematically analyzes the core elements of integrating new media into Food Standards and Regulations teaching, including current status, existing challenges, model innovations, effectiveness evaluation, and implementation pathways. On this basis, it further proposes an innovative teaching model framework featuring “dynamic content, interactive instruction, scenario-based practice, and diversified assessment”. The rational application of new media technologies in the teaching process can significantly enhance the teaching efficacy of the Food Standards and Regulations course, and further provide valuable theoretical guidance and practical references for the teaching reform of food science-related programs in institutions of higher education.
